"Samantha has always been helpful and friendly. Never rude or condescending. She taught my grandson how to ski and improve over the last couple of years. Her staff gears the lessons for all the kids in the class. Staff has always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Otis has always been a smaller, family oriented ski resort. The mountain is smaller but no less fun. There are places with “more” but they are also “more” expensive. The critics may want to..."

"I'm 23 and I had to have my instructor help me make sure my boots were on correctly. I don't think I could have made it as far as I did if it wasn't for the amazing help I received. Everyone at Otis Ridge wants to be there and you can feel that energy the entire time wether your checking out gear, getting your lift ticket, or just having a quick two sentence conversation with the lift operator. It's a..."

"I love this mountian. The staff is friendly and attentive and personally I would love to shout out Samantha the ski school director. Not only is she pleasant and easy to deal with, she has personally taken the time to teach my son how to ski. She’s knowledgeable and patient. We love coming to see her and her staff! 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"Great little hill that’s an amazing place for beginners and family. The trails that were cut into the hill offer fun and a little bit of challenge. The only, very minor downside was the tbar wasn’t running , so the lift lines were a little long. Friendly, warm and helpful employees make Otis a special place. We thought the Knox trail skied like a black diamond"

"Otis Ridge is an absolute gem. Great smaller mountain with terrain for every ability level — perfect for beginners, families, and experienced skiers who just want to have fun without the crowds. They have some of the cheapest lift tickets around, and the ski program they run is hands-down the best in the area and by far the best value. The instructors are fantastic. Night skiing is a huge bonus, and the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced..."

"Great place to learn to ski, not just because of the friendly staff and mellow beginner hill—there is actually varied terrain here, a pretty steep headwall (on Slalom), twisty stuff in the woods, random park features, and tons of rogue side hits. It's also a blast for night skiing. Old school east coast real stuff."

"Learned how to ski here when I was a kid. Smaller mountain but still great. They actually have a decent terrain park. Went back recently learning how to snowboard and I had a lot of fun but the snow was a little hard but other than that awesome. Great place to bring your kids."
